Document Preparation Services

For a variety of reasons, some clients may not want to retain an attorney but still want to make sure their forms and documents are prepared correctly and professionally.

I prepare forms and documents the same way I would if I were representing you, except the documents will be in your name.

When meeting with you and preparing your forms and documents, I will explain the law, the court process, and your available options. I charge my hourly rate for this service, and the total cost depends on the type of documents and the time required.

Document and form preparation includes, but is not limited to, all aspects of dissolution of marriage, custody, support, paternity, hearing and trial preparation, protective and restraining (DV) orders, guardianships, and conservatorships.

I also provide document and form preparation for simple probate petitions, Declarations, Affidavits, and Affidavits of Death of a joint tenant or trustee.
