What the clients are saying:

Brett,
Thank you, Brett, for helping us create an Estate Plan for our family. Though we are younger, creating a Trust and Will was important to us because we wanted to make sure our young children are taken care of should something happen to us. It is not easy to make decisions for the future whether short or long term. The plan you created gives us peace of mind that our wishes will be met no matter how life unfolds.
Thanks again!

Anne & Caleb

Let’s Get Started

This process can be completed entirely online and via email with no direct interaction with me, or preferably by phone and/or video conference (Zoom). The client chooses the method.

Here’s how the process works:

  1. Complete as much of the intake form as possible and submit it online.
  2. Make one-half of the total payment. You may contact me by phone before making the first payment.
  3. I will review your intake form and call you for any additional information or clarification needed before proceeding.
  4. I will prepare your estate plan, typically involving multiple communications to ensure accuracy.
  5. Make the final one-half payment.
  6. Review all documents. Once completed, I will email them (or mail via USPS) with explanations and highlighted sections for your review. I will guide you through the language unique to your plan.
  7. Finalize the estate plan by signing and notarizing the documents. This is your responsibility. Once signed in the presence of a notary, the estate plan is officially created.
  8. Record the notarized deed(s) at the County Recorder’s Office. This is also your responsibility.
  9. After completing the above steps, your estate plan is complete.
  10. Please scan and email a copy of the complete estate plan to me for my client file.
